1. DotNet DevelopersQualifications:
* Male / Female. Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree in computer Science or IT related field
* At least 3-5 year of experience in developing complex and enterprise VB.Net, ASP.Net, C# and .Net programs.
* Proficiency in MS SQL server or other RDBMS
* Experience in writing complex database programs Good understanding of Architecture of .Net applications, ASP.net
* Proven ability to work within a team environment.
* good interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communication skills
* Proficiency in SDLC, UML and other data modelling techniques is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Design and build re-useable objects for MS technology for multi-tier applications
* Translate design documents into clean, elegant, functioning and maintainable code
* Provide unit test for all objects developed
* Strongly commit to quality at all stages of the development process
* Work with Quality Assurance
* Prepare User's and Systems manual and documentation to create a quality application/ product.
2. Project ManagersQualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology
* At least 5 years of experience in IT project management
* Excellent analytical, quantitative and leadership skills
* Enjoy working in a team environment
* Excellent command of both written and spoken English
* Good personality and relate well to customer
* Proficiency in SDLC methodologies, UML and Project management methodologies are required
* Proficiency in .Net or Open source techology is a definite advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee solution delivery processes (time, quality and cost) for all IT projects
* Manage cross-project dependencies and control risks
* Provide senior management with portfolio view of all IT projects
* Act as an advocate for comprehensive project management throughout the organization
* Manage and help in the Design and building of re-useable objects or code
* Assign, Monitor and manage tasks asssigned to each team member
* Responsible in generating reports and other documents pertinent to managing the project
* Manage Customer relation and expectations
3. PHP Programmers * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
* Min. 3 years experience as a senior database programmer on Internet projects.
* Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL and Apache
* Proficiency in Linux
* Team player, self-motivated and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
* Moderate graphic design skills a plus

* Design and build re-useable codes for open source applications
* Translate design documents into clean, elegant, functioning and maintainable code
* Provide unit test for all codes developed
