Joint Venture of japanese firm Pacific Consultants, Incorporated and a Filipino firm Zeus Networks, Incorporated won the bidding for the consultancy project for 450M project of Bureau of Customs.

PCI-ZNI is tasked to developed the Terms of Reference and Request for Proposal for the 450M project of BOC. PCI-ZNI will also serve as a consultant during the bidding process of the 450M project of BOC.
